Waldenburg, 28 April 2009 - In accordance with the company's
financial strength, the Managing Board and Supervisory Board of R.
STAHL
AG will propose a dividend of EUR 0.90 (previous year: EUR 1.10) to
the Annual General Meeting - despite adverse market prospects. This
corresponds to a current dividend yield of around 6%. The dividend
ratio for fiscal year 2008 amounts to 42%, compared with 40% in the
previous year.
R. STAHL
AG will continue to ensure its stockholders participate
appropriately in the company's success in future.
This year's Annual General Meeting will
be held on 19 June 2009.
