notifications submitted on May 3, 2007 and published on May 7, 2007. The Hirzel
III Trust did not hold any voting rights in Versatel

April 26, 2007 and on May 2, 2007.

their capacity as trustees of The Hirzel III Trust informed us pursuant to sec.
